Requirements
- EducationBachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Core Experience4+ years in B2B/Enterprise product management, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AI products (LLM, NLP, CV, or Intelligent Customer Service).
- Proven Track RecordSuccess in building complex B2B systems or ERP modules from 0 to 1. Priority will be given to candidates who have successfully led AI implementations in internal corporate settings.
- Domain KnowledgeDeep understanding of core business processes (Finance & Accounting integration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or HRM). Familiarity with Odoo or mainstream ERP architectures is a significant plus.
- AI Technical LiteracyStrong grasp of current LLM capabilities. Mastery of Prompt Engineering and familiarity with RAG, LangChain, and AI Agent logic is required.
- MethodologyExpert in agile development and industry methodologies like MECE and MVP.
